I was here for 3 nights and ate at poolside restaurant for lunch and dinner. The bed was comfortable and it was great having a fridge, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. The staff were absolutely helpful and location was peaceful and easy. The service was all in all very good.

The room was comfortable quiet, had a very comfy bed. The location was good, in the beautiful tropical gardens, and the view was great, too.
The setting was terrible.

Clean and value for money compared to the night prior at ridges cairns
Was bloody hard to find the sleep timer on the remote for the TV and then could not get it to turn on. Small thing I know but it drove me crazy as i love to fall asleep to the TV, but hate it when it wakes me up again later. maby some instructions would help? your blog stated that you were a ten minute walk to to shopping I assumed that ment town.

The facilities, especially the swim-up bar, made my evenings relaxing. I was disappointed by the lack of variety in the breakfast options.

I was pleased that my room was always ready for me when I dropped back into the hotel late morning or around lunchtime. I especially liked the landscaping and vegetation at the resort. It felt like a very relaxing, tucked away resort. Low key. Quiet.
There was nothing I didn't like.

We appreciated this bright hotel with really good stuff with great service. The restaurant here was reasonably priced for lunch and dinner, we both ordered excellant dishes.
The bed was way too hard, that's sad thing.

The Treetops is a beautiful place to stay, quite, clean and our room was very spacious. Has nice meals and the bar has happy hour in the evening's. In walking distance to local general store, bottle shop, video hire and the local Habitat wildlife attraction for the kids and adults.
Is a liitle way out of the Port Douglas town centre, if you want to go into town for meals every day. You have to pay for the local shuttle bus if you don't have your own car. You can walk along the beach but it takes about 20min one way. Ok in the day time though.

We had been in a camper van, so it was just wonderful to be in sheets, have a loo nearby, etc.also, i do not usually stay in hotels for financial reasons so it is just neat to pamper oneself every now and then !!

Had a fantastic time here! The outdoor pool and spa treatments were just what I needed to unwind after a long trip. Just a heads up, breakfast took a bit longer to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Overall, I'd definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway! 🌊
